Community Urgent Care of Fultondale offers weight loss services.

We provide FDA approved prescription appetite suppressants and a weekly supplemental injection called Lipovite for qualified patients who are interested in losing weight. Our patients meet with one of our providers monthly to discuss lifestyle modifications (diet and exercise) and medications for 6 consecutive months. We require all weight loss patients to take a 3-month break from prescription medications after 6 months of prescription medications have been dispensed. Patients may continue the Lipovite injections weekly during the 3-month break.

  • Initial new patient weight loss office visit is $75
  • Follow-up monthly visits are $55 dollars
  • Each Lipovite injection is an additional $20 fee*

* Patients may receive Lipovite injections once per week.
