Fultondale's primary and urgent care provider
Community Urgent Care of Fultondale offers full primary care services.
Our providers are specifically trained to assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic illness in the primary care setting. They are also trained to help patients prevent the new onset of disease processes through counseling, patient education, and by developing long-term patient-physician relationships. Special attention is also placed on working with specialty groups in our community to ensure our patients are up to date on all age-appropriate screening tests and procedures and for specialty care if a referral is needed.
In addition to traditional primary care services, we also provide:
* Although we provide urgent care services to patients of all ages, we do not provide primary care services to pediatric patients.
